Norion OOD is committed to protecting the personal information you provide. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, store, use, and disclose information. It applies to our mobile application (“App”), our website norion.online (“Website”), and our business activities, collectively referred to as the “Services.” By using our Services or providing us with information, you agree that we may collect, store, use, and disclose information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Acceptance of Terms

The provisions of this Privacy Policy replace all previous notices and statements regarding our privacy practices. If you do not agree with all terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Services.

We also consider IP addresses and similar identifiers as personal information if required by law.

Information You Provide

You may provide us with: your name, email, phone number, Facebook, Google, or Apple username, date, place, and time of birth, as well as login or account name.

We do not store credit card information — payments are processed through third-party services.

If you provide a phone number and/or email address, we may send messages (e.g., for account verification or password reset). By providing a phone number and/or email address, you consent to receiving such messages. Operator fees may apply.

Automatically Collected Information

When accessing the Services, we automatically collect data about your device and activities, such as: IP address, OS and version, time zone, device type and manufacturer, screen resolution, language preferences, and activity on the website and app.

We use cookies and pixel tags. Cookies are text files that help us collect data, while pixels are transparent images that track website behavior. We use both technical and analytical cookies.

Data Storage

Data is stored on servers by “HOSTING UKRAINE” LLC in Germany. If you are in another country, you agree to the transfer and storage of information in the U.S. and applicable local laws.

Data Retention Period

We retain personal information as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy unless a longer retention period is required by law. Usage data may be stored longer for analysis and security improvements.

International Users

If you use the Services outside of Ukraine and Germany, you agree that your data may be transferred and processed in these countries. We may process your data based on legitimate interests, the performance of a contract, or your consent.
