These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) govern your access and use of:
- our websites located at norion.online and app.norion.online (the “Sites”);
- our mobile applications (the “Apps”);
- any services, content, and features provided by us through the Sites or Apps (collectively, the “Services”).
The terms “Norion”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Norion OOD, as well as our affiliates, successors, and assigns. The terms “you” and “your” refer to any user of the Services.
Acceptance of Terms
Your access and use of the Services are always subject to these Terms and the Privacy Policy (link), which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. Please review them carefully. By using the Services, you confirm your ability to enter into a legally binding agreement.
If you do not agree with all the provisions of the Terms, do not use the Services.
Attention: These Terms contain a mandatory individual arbitration agreement and a waiver of participation in class actions and jury trials, limiting available remedies in case of a dispute.
Unauthorized Use by Minors
Our Services are not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you learn that a child has provided us with their data, please contact us.
Changes to the Terms
We may unilaterally amend these Terms without prior notice. The last updated date is listed at the top. If you disagree with the updated version, stop using the Services.

Purchases
When purchasing goods or services, you provide payment information (card number, address, etc.). You confirm that you have the legal right to use these payment methods. We may use third-party services to process payments. We reserve the right to cancel orders at any time for reasons such as pricing errors, product unavailability, etc.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content of the Services (texts, images, code, etc.) is the property of Norion or its licensors and is protected by Bulgarian and international laws.
Only personal, non-commercial use is permitted.
It is prohibited to copy, modify, distribute, or use the materials without written permission. Violations will result in immediate termination of access to the Services.
Prohibited Use
You may not use the Services:
- in violation of laws;
- to harm minors;
- for spamming, viruses, or illegal content;
- to infringe the rights of others;
- for hacking, overloading, or destroying the Service.
Uploaded Content
You may create and upload content. You confirm that you have all rights to it and that it does not violate the law. We may remove any content without explanation. You are solely responsible for the content you post.
Analytics
We use third-party services such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, PostHog, Hotjar, Yandex, Firebase, and others at our discretion to analyze user behavior. Details are in their privacy policies.
Purchases through Third-Party Platforms
Purchases via App Store, Google Play, Word Press, WooCommerce, or Shopify are governed by the rules of those platforms. Some may charge taxes depending on the region.
Subscriptions and Trial Periods
If you subscribe, it will automatically renew until you cancel through the relevant platform (App Store or Google Play). After canceling, you retain access until the end of the paid period.
Data Sharing with Apple
By using our app, you agree to share data with Apple regarding your use of paid content for processing refund requests.
Online Store
We may offer products online. The quantity may be limited. We reserve the right to change the description, price, cancel orders, and correct errors on the website without prior notice.
Comments and Feedback
By submitting suggestions or feedback, you grant us the right to use them without restrictions or compensation. You confirm that you do not infringe the rights of third parties.
Termination of Access
We may block or delete your account without explanation. You may delete your account by contacting us at norion.team@gmail.com. This does not relieve you of any existing obligations.
Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation and are not liable for:
- errors and malfunctions;
- viruses and malware;
- losses, including data loss, profits, and reputation;
- actions of third parties and force majeure events.
Limitation on Claims
Any claim related to the use of the Services must be filed within 1 month after the grounds arise.
Disclaimer for Third-Party Actions
We are not responsible for the actions, content, and terms of third-party websites linked in the Services.
Geographical Restrictions
We do not guarantee the availability of the Services in all countries. Use of the Services is at your own risk.
Applicable Law
The Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria.
Severability and Waiver
If any provision of the Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. A waiver of rights does not waive other rights.

Entire Agreement
These Terms and related policies constitute the entire agreement between you and Norion. You may not transfer your rights without our consent. Headings in the text are for convenience only.
